Shipping Information

We only ship to addresses within the USA. Due to the nature of our products (pesticides and chemicals), we do not ship internationally.

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. Most products are shipped out the same day if your order is placed before 1:00 PM Central Time.

Shipping charges for some items are based on weight. Please refer to each product's detail page for weight specifications. In accordance with our shipping providers' policies, weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

When you place your order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on item availability and your selected shipping options.

Return Policy

You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund. If the return results from our error (such as an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If your return is not due to our error, your refund will be the purchase price minus any shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds typically take up to two weeks after the returned item has been shipped back to us, though in many cases you'll receive it sooner. This timeframe includes shipping transit times (generally 5-10 business days), our processing time (3-5 business days), and your bank’s refund processing time (5-10 business days). Refunds will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account.
