Hold the container upright while spraying and maintain a distance of approximately 12 inches from the surface being treated.

Step 3: An alternative method is to use the injector tip provided with the spray to treat cracks and crevices. Insert the injector tip into cracks, crevices, holes, and other small openings, and apply the spray for 1 second. For light infestations, move the injector tip along cracks at a rate of 3 linear feet per second. For heavier infestations, move the injector tip along at a rate of 1 linear foot per second.

Step 4: For ongoing control, reapply PT 221L Pressurized Insecticidel at intervals of 21 days after the initial application. Additionally, promptly treat new ant nests as they appear.
