How Petcor 2 Flea & Tick Spray Works

Petcor 2 Flea & Tick Spray contains an IGR (Insect Growth Regulator) to kill flea eggs and larvae. It also has Etofenprox to directly affect the insect's nervous system following direct contact or ingestion.

Directions For Dogs and Cats

    1. Ruffle the coat's fur and spray against the natural lay of the fur, for the best result.
    2. Cover animal's eyes with a hand.
    3. Apply at the rate of 1 or 2 squeezes per lb of body weight, spraying with a firm, fast stroke the head, ears, and chest. Use a cloth to rub around the nose, mouth, and eyes. Then spray the neck, middle, and hindquarters (avoid spraying rectum and genitals). For larger dogs, spray until damp, not saturated. Do not allow animals, cats, in particular, to become chilled.
    4. Repeat every 2 months for continuous flea prevention. If your pet gets infested from an outside source, Petcor may be reapplied weekly.
    5. For Ticks: Make sure that the Petcor spray thoroughly wets the individual ticks.
